They are adaptable, dynamic, and innovative. Our needs are not one-size-fits-all; every project is unique in source types, categories studied, and reporting requirements. They can fill the gaps and help me find the best solution given the individual project needs. This customization results in more impactful consumer intelligence insights.

What stood out immediately was the speed and openness they brought to the partnership. From onboarding to daily collaboration, their team has been proactive in understanding our workflows, suggesting solutions before we ask, and maintaining that same energy well beyond implementation. It feels like a true partnership built on shared goals.

The moment this is useful
Ready to put your app in other people's hands?
A client asks how their data is separated from other clients.
Security needs answers about AI providers, retention and user access.
More users or larger jobs expose performance and reliability problems.
Your team wants to keep adding features without managing production engineering alone.
Enterprise capabilities
What does it take to make a vibe-coded app enterprise-ready?
We assess the application first, then agree which capabilities it needs and how each will be verified.
Security and AI risk-review readiness
Client separation, enterprise access, controlled AI processing and documented data handling. We prepare the supporting evidence and address agreed findings. Approval remains with your reviewers.
Tested scalability
Defined capacity for users, data and background jobs, verified under representative workloads. We agree performance and recovery targets before implementation.
Ongoing engineering and support
Feature implementation, controlled releases, monitoring and maintenance under an agreed support plan. Your team continues to shape the product.
Hosting and regions
Deploy on an agreed cloud and region, with clear ownership and documented data flows.
Client separation
Keep client data, files and processing isolated, with tests across relevant access paths.
Enterprise access
Manage client organizations, project permissions and user roles. Add supported SSO and MFA where required.
Performance and bulk jobs
Improve bottlenecks, queue large jobs and test agreed concurrency and throughput.
Controlled AI processing
Configure approved providers, protect credentials and set eligible retention controls, including ZDR where available.
Reliable execution
Handle timeouts, rate limits and partial failures through retries, recovery and clear status updates.
Data and operating controls
Implement agreed retention, deletion, audit logs, monitoring and usage or cost visibility.
Continued development
Review changes, test existing workflows and deploy through a controlled release process.
Assessment and delivery
How does ProdFactory take your app to production?
- 1
Show us your app
Walk us through what it does, who will use it and what is preventing wider deployment. We discuss your stack, security requirements, expected workload and timing to establish fit.
You receive
A fit decision, recommended assessment scope and an initial discussion of the implementation budget.
- 2
Assess readiness
Through an approved access arrangement, we inspect the code and critical workflows, review the data and AI connections, and identify gaps in security, reliability and operations.
$8,000
Readiness assessment for one application within an agreed scope. Scope and delivery date confirmed before work starts.
You receive
Prioritized findings, what to retain or refactor, the proposed architecture, acceptance criteria, implementation scope, effort estimate, timeline and price.
- 3
Approve the implementation plan
Choose the capabilities and milestones to proceed with. We agree responsibilities, dependencies, fees and acceptance tests before implementation begins. Changes beyond that scope are estimated separately.
You receive
A delivery plan tied to working capabilities and verifiable outcomes.
- 4
Deploy and keep improving
We implement and test the agreed changes, support acceptance and deploy the application. Continue with an engineering and support plan, or take over with the agreed documentation and handover.
You receive
The implemented application, relevant test evidence, operating documentation and clear ownership.
Code security and ownership
Is your code safe with us? Your code stays yours
We agree where development happens, who can access the application and which AI services can process its code or data before access is granted.
Access is scoped to the work
We document authorized access, credential handling and the process for removing access at handover. Applicable monitoring and transfer controls are agreed for the chosen environment.
AI processing is explicit
We identify the model services involved, what information they receive and the applicable retention arrangements. Where eligible and approved, we configure zero-data-retention processing. Application storage, logs and backups have their own retention rules.
Ownership is written down
The agreement defines ownership of your existing code, application-specific changes, data and prompts.
The engagement ends with a defined handover
Code, documentation, accounts and operating responsibilities are handed over as agreed, with a process for revoking access and returning or deleting retained materials.
Your code is safe: choose where we work
option 01
Your existing environment
We work through the access and tools your organization already approves.
option 02
A controlled workspace
Where permitted, we use an isolated environment with restricted access and agreed export controls.
option 03
A dedicated deployment
Available when your requirements call for a separate environment, subject to scope and pricing.
Supporting evidence
For the selected scope, we provide relevant architecture and data-flow documentation, access-control descriptions, test results and answers to risk-assessment questions.
Why use ProdFactory
ProdFactory combines application engineering, enterprise controls and ongoing operation in one scoped engagement. You can see what is included, how it will be verified and who owns delivery.
Continue with your coding tool
Works well: Your team has the engineering skills and capacity to implement and operate the required controls.
Consider: Someone still needs to define requirements, verify the implementation and own operation.
Use an internal engineering team
Works well: A team is available, familiar with your systems and able to own delivery.
Consider: Priorities, capacity and the required specialist skills determine timing.
Hire a development firm
Works well: You need custom engineering or a provider with relevant specialist experience.
Consider: Compare the actual scope, acceptance evidence, operating support and reusable capabilities offered.
Use ProdFactory
Works well: You have a working app and want an accountable team for agreed enterprise capabilities and continued engineering.
Consider: We qualify the app first, then commit to a defined scope, milestones and verification for faster and reliable readiness of your app.

FAQs
Frequently asked questions
Which apps can you support?
Our initial focus is browser-based applications and background workflows involving documents, data, AI processing and human review. We assess your architecture, integrations and requirements before accepting the engagement.
Do we need to rebuild our app?
The assessment identifies what can be retained and what needs refactoring or replacement. We explain the recommendation and obtain approval before implementation.
Can our team keep developing?
Yes. We agree how your team's changes enter the production codebase, including reviews, regression tests and releases. You retain control of product direction.
Can you guarantee that we pass our risk assessment?
We implement the agreed requirements, provide evidence and address in-scope findings. Your security or risk team makes the approval decision. Involving them early helps establish the right scope.
How do you verify scalability?
We agree representative workloads and targets for concurrent users, job volumes, response or completion times and recovery. Testing produces results against those criteria.
Can you use our cloud and AI accounts?
Where supported, yes. Cloud, region, account ownership, access and AI services are agreed during assessment. Dedicated or unusual deployment requirements are separately scoped.
How long will it take and what will it cost?
The $8,000 assessment has an agreed scope and delivery date. Its output includes the implementation estimate, timeline and dependencies. We begin implementation only after approval.
Who handles AI accuracy and business logic?
We agree the division of responsibility. Your team defines intended behavior and acceptable output quality; our scope can include evaluation tooling and technical improvements. Domain review and any prompt development are explicitly assigned.
What happens after deployment?
Continue with a defined engineering and support plan, or take over through the agreed handover. Support hours, maintenance capacity, response commitments and usage costs are specified in the agreement.
